o hospodaření v chráněném území
Many landowners having their lands in Specially Protected Areas have been trying to define clear rules and conditions for their economic activities.
Due to a long-term collaboration between the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic (NCA CR) and Association of Municipality and Private Forest Owners in the Czech Republic (SVOL), the efforts have been becoming to be successful. After setting-up legal and formal conditions allowing adequate involvement of landowners and land managers into implementing nature conservation and landscape protection measures and after introducing contractual protection into practice, the first long-term and comprehensive agreement on economic activities in a particular area was developed. In August 2013, the agreement was signed by NCA CRs regional branch, the Český ráj/Bohemian Paradise Protected Landscape Area Administration and by Kinský dal Borgo, Inc. The agreement is an important milestone in nature conservation and landscape protection in the country: in the document, the landowner defines which activities shall be carried out voluntarily, which obligatorily and which activities will be avoided by him. The agreement also specifies the conditions for applying for a payment of compensation for damages caused by nature conservation provisions to be paid by a State Nature Conservancy authority and the amount of such a payment is also given. The agreement is valid by 2021.
